LEGO ROBOTICS CAMP

This summer we're putting on 4 camps to introduce 4th - 8th graders into LEGO robotics. They will learn about teamwork, problem solving, programming concepts, and design/build techniques. This also prepares them to join FIRST Lego League at their school. An FLL team is guided by two or more adult Coaches, FIRST LEGO League* teams (up to 10 members, grades 4-8) research a real-world problem such as food safety, recycling, energy, etc., and are challenged to develop a solution. They also must design, build, program a robot using LEGO MINDSTORMS®, then compete on a table-top playing field.

Engage your student in Robotics!

Campers in grades 4-8 will be challenged to think like scientists and engineers for FIRST LEGO League.

Campers will be split into teams and work together to build, test, and program an autonomous LEGO robot. Throughout their experience, teams will operate under the FIRST LEGO League signature set of Core Values, celebrating discovery, teamwork, and Gracious Professionalism and learn Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).
